The main culprit for weight gain is slow metabolism. We offer a solution – a recipe for healthy fruit drink by which you will speed up lazy bowel and melt fat.
1 liter of boiling water
5 bags of green tea
1 orange (grapefruit or lemon)
a handful of fresh mint
Boil the water and put sachets of green tea in it for three minutes, then remove the bag and let the tea cool. In the meantime, clean the orange (grapefruit and lemon) and chop it into small pieces.
In a large glass bowl, fill with chilled prepared tea, add the chopped orange and a handful of mint leaves.
Leave the drink in the fridge overnight so the ingredients can unite. Before eating, strain and drink three times a day before meals.
The results will be visible after 7 days.
This is a fruity variation of Sasi-drink that also demonstrated great effectiveness in losing weight.
