Tuna diet: lose weight in 3 days with this diet


Those who easily gain weight have problem losing kilograms. A lot of people decide to take on diets which exclude fat or even starve in order to lose weight, which is not a good method at all. You will only harm your organism and even get sick, since you deprive your organism from the necessary ingredients.

If you have a special occasion for which you intent to quickly lose weight, we recommend the tuna diet with which you will be able to lose around 5 kg for 3 days. Practice the diet for three days and you will be surprised how quickly you will begin to lose weight.

Tuna is a fish which lives in salty water and it is rich in omega 3 fatty acids, anti oxidants, vitamins, minerals, proteins and many other nutrients necessary for our organisms. It is considered to be one of the healthiest ingredients in the world.

You can use only salt and ground pepper to spice up the meals during this diet. Use salt as less as possible, since tuna is naturally rich in sodium and too much salt can lead to excess sodium in the organism. Those who are allergic to any of the mentioned ingredients should not practice this diet. If you decide to begin with the diet it is important to intake a lot of water- at least 8 glasses daily.

First day

Breakfast: One cup of black tea or coffee. You can add honey instead of sugar, since it contains lesser calories. One slice of bread with peanut butter spread and half a grapefruit.

Lunch: half cup of tuna with a slice of toasted bread with a spreading from two spoons of peanut butter. Also you can drink a cup of black tea or coffee

Dinner: Eat a smaller apple, a piece of white chicken meat without skin and a cup of peas. For desert you can take one cup of sugar beet and a smaller cup of ice cream


Second day

Breakfast: a cup of black tea or coffee, slice of toasted bread, one poached or boiled egg and half a banana

Lunch: a cup of tuna and 6 crackers with a cup of black tea or coffee

Dinner: half a banana, cup of broccoli, half cup of carrot and two hot dogs.  Also you can eat half a cup of low fat ice cream

Third day

Breakfast: cup of black tea or coffee with a low fat cheddar cheese, apple and five crackers

Lunch: boiled or poached egg with a slice of toasted bread

Dinner: a cup of tuna, cup of cauliflower, half a lemon and half a cup of low fat ice cream

 

This three days diet with tuna is a guarantee that you will significantly lose weight in three days and you will not feel a loss of vital nutrients since the diet includes ingredients rich in nutrients. In a matter of three days you will have the wanted figure without influencing the normal functioning of the organism and avoid unwanted effects. While you are on the diet, it is recommendable to intake multivitamin pills in order to avoid a deficit of necessary vitamins and minerals during these three days.

Bear in mind that this diet cannot be a replacement for regular nutrition, but it serves for weight loss only and it cannot last more than three days. Therefore, after these three days, you need to return to your usual eating habits or otherwise you will harm your health, i.e. you can develop heart problems (anemia, etc).
